In writing this article, I kept getting feedback that I should make it “more personal” – I had a difficult time doing this. I think in a lot of my writing, I tend to de-personalize things due to the fact that I talk about such personal topics. Something I’ll continue to struggle with and hopefully will learn to handle better and better with time.
